He has almost 25 year's progressive work experiences in diverse programs including community based ecosystem approach to biodiversity conservation, project design and implementation, ecotourism development and preparation and implementation of climate change adaptation projects. Moreover, he has experiences in mainstreaming pro-poor environment, climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction criteria into local development planning and budgeting process. As a study team member he has prepared different documents such as Climate Public Expenditure Institutional Review, Local Climate Change Adaptation Facility project document and Poverty Environment Initiative second phase project document and Environment Friendly Local Governance (EFLG) Framework. He has project management experiences including program, finance and personnel management. He has strong coordination and partnership development skills. He has experiences in developing green economy framework Nepal and preparing project idea concept note for Green Climate Fund.
